Gobi Manchurian Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower cut in florets
  • 1 cup 130g flour
  • 1 cup 250ml water
  • Mix and coat the cauliflower in the batter.
  • Bake at 180C/360F for 20-25mins

Sauce

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • A thumbsize piece of ginger
  • 1/2 bell pepper

Fry in oil

  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar and soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to thin
  • Add the cauliflower florets and coat them.

Wraps

  • Lettuce
  • Vegan Mayo

Instructions
 

  • Build your wrap and toast it from both sides.
