Gobi Manchurian Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower cut in florets
- 1 cup 130g flour
- 1 cup 250ml water
- Mix and coat the cauliflower in the batter.
- Bake at 180C/360F for 20-25mins
Sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- A thumbsize piece of ginger
- 1/2 bell pepper
Fry in oil
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp vinegar and soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Water to thin
- Add the cauliflower florets and coat them.
Wraps
- Lettuce
- Vegan Mayo
Instructions
- Build your wrap and toast it from both sides.
