Today at Ascension Media Club were are highlighting Instagram user @fitgreenmind‘s recipe for Vegan Buffalo Crunchwrap.

Vegan Buffalo Crunchwrap
Ingredients
- 300 g king oyster mushrooms
- SHRED/FRY until browned in a little oil
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce I used sriracha
- 1-2 Tbsp vegan yogurt or mayo
- 1/2 Tsp each paprika garlic
- a pinch of salt
MIX
Vegan ranch
- 1/2 cup 120g vegan yogurt
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tsp each dried dill and oregano
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp each garlic onion powder, salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 big tortilla + 1 small tortilla
- a handful of corn tomato, and lettuce
Instructions
- BUILT your wrap/FOLD it as shown in the video/FRY each side until browned
