Vegan Buffalo Crunchwrap

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g king oyster mushrooms
  • SHRED/FRY until browned in a little oil
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce I used sriracha
  • 1-2 Tbsp vegan yogurt or mayo
  • 1/2 Tsp each paprika garlic
  • a pinch of salt

MIX

Vegan ranch

  • 1/2 cup 120g vegan yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 Tsp each dried dill and oregano
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp each garlic onion powder, salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 big tortilla + 1 small tortilla
  • a handful of corn tomato, and lettuce

Instructions
 

  • BUILT your wrap/FOLD it as shown in the video/FRY each side until browned
