Vegan Coco Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop 40g @vedgenutrition chocolate peanut butter cup protein – code ✨VEGANBABE✨
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 8 tbsp soy milk – you may need more or less depending on what type of vegan protein you use!

Instructions
 

  • Add everything into a bowl and mix to combine! If you don’t have oat flour you can simply make your own by blending up some oats!
  • Add soy milk as needed until the mixture becomes moldable – this will vary based on which protein you use.
  • Roll your mixture into circles then pop them in the air fryer at 350f for 13 minutes until crispy!
  • Top with your plant milk of choice & Enjoy!!!
