Popcorn Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
For 5 cups you will need
- 150 gr dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 20 gr Popcorn
- Peanut Butter mine is from @nutandme_de
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil. Then stir in the popcorn.
- Add 1/2 of the melted chocolate mixture in 5 silicone or paper muffin tins and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until firm.
- Then add 1-2 tsp peanut butter in each cup and cover with the remaining melted chocolate mixture. Place back in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Store in the fridge or freezer!
