No Bake Cookie Dough Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil – it makes the chocolate nice and shiny
Instructions
- Pop your ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine! Add more plant milk if needed until you reach a fudgey cookie dough-like consistency. This amount will depend on the protein powder you use! Fold in your chocolate chips!
- Pack your cookie dough into a lined 9×9 baking tray and pack it down tightly with your hands.
- Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between each one. Then pour it over top your cookie dough.
- Pop in the freezer for a few hours to firm up, slice and enjoy!!
