No Bake Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil – it makes the chocolate nice and shiny

Instructions
 

  • Pop your ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine! Add more plant milk if needed until you reach a fudgey cookie dough-like consistency. This amount will depend on the protein powder you use! Fold in your chocolate chips!
  • Pack your cookie dough into a lined 9×9 baking tray and pack it down tightly with your hands.
  • Melt your chocolate in the microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between each one. Then pour it over top your cookie dough.
  • Pop in the freezer for a few hours to firm up, slice and enjoy!!
