High Protein Peanut Butter Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg sub flax egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup creamy salted peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder can omit
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas. add in flax egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. mix to combine.
  • Mix in almond flour, protein powder, and baking soda.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. bake for 20-25 minutes or until set but still slightly gooey in the center. let cool completely before slicing.
