Today at Ascension Media Club we are featuring TikTok and Instagram user @veganbrownting‘s recipe for Biscoff French Toast Roll Ups.

BISCOFF FRENCH TOAST ROLL UPS
Ingredients
For the wet batter
- Flax egg 1 tbsp ground flaxseed & 2 tbsp water
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
Coating ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
The rest
- Biscoff spread cheap thick white bread, vegan butter & dark chocolate
Instructions
- Mix you flax egg ingredients together and set aside for ten mins
- Grab ya white bread, cut off all the crusts and roller pin them out as thinly as you can
- Spread on the biscoff spread on one side, and roll them up as shown
- In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients, then add in the flax egg and mix.
- Dunk your now rolled biscoff bread roll ups in the wet mix quickly (do not soak)
- Heat up some butter in a pan and fry off the roll ups on each side on a medium heat. Make sure to do every side so all sides are crispy, and don’t rush it! It should take approx 10 mins!
- Whilst they’re cooking, in another flat bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar together
- Once the roll ups are nicely crispy on all sides, take them off the heat and coat them in the cinnamon sugar mix! Don’t burn ya fingers do it with cutlery if it’s they’re too hot!
- Serve with melted dark chocolate and ENJOY
